The cover shows a collective farmworker from Eisenstein’s film ‘The Old and the New’. The back cover is a great picture of Eisenstein and his close associates. Edouard Tisse is shown to the left. Tisse was cinematogorapher on many of Eisenstein’s best-known films, such as:
